Prague Update

Thank you all so much for praying for our Prague Trip! The Lord brought in the funds needed for our trip and enough money to purchase three pairs of glasses for the Iraqi Christian Refugees in need. It was such an honor to be able to encourage the pastor who helped over 1,800 people escape persecution under ISIS, the doctor who served with doctors without borders but has been unable to find work due to all records of his eduction and employment being destroyed and the 17 year old special needs boy with an amazing heart. They wanted me to tell you all thank you and that they ask that God would bless you. They are amazing people and I wish all of you could meet them!

As Brooks and I were talking we both agreed that this was the best trip that we have ever led to Prague. The amount of depth and experiences that both we and the students were able to participate in was amazing.
During our last share time for the trip, the students kept repeating how this trip changed their life and for some strengthened/awakened their faith. When you couple this with meeting and hearing the stories of the refugees, our visiting the Nazi Concentration Camp of Terezin and also hearing about the victims of sex-trafficking – the students and staff saw pictures not only of the needs in the world, but also of the faith of those who are standing up and bringing hope in the midst of it.

We are so thankful for our partnership with the University and the chance to serve the amazing people of Prague
