Focus:
May Faculty and Staff at UT have a heart and countenance expressing the love of Christ as they walk with students, one another, and the broader UT community. May God be glorified by all of the divine encouragement they might offer.
Romans 15:5
May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Request:
Dear Father,
We seek Your indwelling presence in the hearts of all believers across the campus. May there be a blessing of encouragement pouring out through Your people that lifts the hearts of the downcast. May You connect those who need to hear Love and Light spoken into the dark places with a measure of boldness from those who share it. May Your Holy Spirit prompt exactly the right words, actions, and circumstances to bring honor and glory to You.
May the campus be fertile ground for fellowship and support. We know a good tree will not bear bad fruit. (Luke 6:43) May all of the seeds You have planted on Rocky Top come to bear good fruit for the Kingdom.
