Theme: Compassion
Request: Pray for continued unity within the department and a spirit of compassion and understanding in every interaction with students, faculty, the public and each other.
Prayer: Lord, you ask us to have compassion on one another and we know that having compassion can be hard, especially when it is someone we don’t always see eye to eye with. Help those in the department at UTPD have compassion with one another as they work together so that they may present a united front. Give them compassion for those they interact with within their job, no matter how complicated a situation may be. We know that our compassion is there because you have given it to us through your Spirit. Thank you for helping us learn to be compassionate people. Amen.
