This summer we are taking the time to explore the topic of self care. Self care can be defined as – the intentional action of establishing and maintaining one’s personal and professional health.
The first series will explore laying the ground work for self care. This will consist of four topics: Awareness, Vulnerability, Embracing Need and Cultivating Growth.
The second half of the series will cover tools for self care. In these articles we will look at how boundaries, adulthood, connection and balance help us to develop us as individuals.
